Typical Task Flowchart

If a tenant deploys the WFM application, the CM, PM, and PLM task types are provided by default. For these tasks, the typical flowchart is as follows.

NOTE:

The flowchart may not apply to non-default task types. The following uses a typical PLM task as an example to describe the entire process.

  1. After receiving a new task, open Mateline, touch the Task tab, and view the task to be handled.

    New tasks may come:

    1. System
    2. Dispatchers
    3. Other engineers

The task is in DISPATCHED state.

  2. View Task Information, Site Information, and Checklist, and determine whether to accept the task.

    NOTE:

Most tasks come with an SLA time. After receiving a task, you must quickly determine whether to accept it. If the task is not yours reject it to the dispatcher.
